Conditions of Use
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing and products are correct at the time of compiling this page. However, we reserve the right to change prices and information without prior notice.
This website is operated by Tracy Davison Contemporary Jewellery. Our principal contact is via email at sales@tracydavison.co.uk where we will endeavour to reply to all messages within two business days.
Payment
Payment must be made in full prior to despatch of your order. Payment is made via Paypal only at present and you will therefore need to have a Paypal account in order to purchase products from us. Paypal is an industry recognised means of payment and is both secure and confidential when processing your card details and personal information. When paying by Paypal at no time are your card details disclosed to us.
Shipping and Delivery After your order has been confirmed and authorised, it will be processed and then shipped to you. All orders are made to order here in the UK and are usually despatched within 5 working days. However, please allow 14 days for delivery as at busy times of the year such as Christmas processing times may be longer. Please allow longer for deliveries outside of the UK. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by a courier, both of which will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item which is currently out of stock or no longer available we will notify you by email. We are not responsible for any customs, duty or freight charges which may be applied when sending International orders. International shipping charges vary from country to country. If wishing to order from outside of the UK please contact us for details of shipping costs to your country. Returns & Exchanges If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products bought from this website, we will be happy to exchange or refund you provided that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings. We are not able to provide an exchange or refund after 7 days from receipt. If wishing to return an item, please email us for further details and to obtain a return/refund authority. All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase from us together with all the original packaging. When returning items we recommend that you return them by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. We are not responsible for carriage costs back to us and are not liable for items which are lost or stolen in transit. Materials and Caring for your Jewellery
All of our products are designed and manufactured entirely within the UK from our studio in Devon. This enables us to maintain high levels of quality control throughout the entire design and manufacturing processes.
We source and use the highest quality materials from all around the World and because each piece is individually and lovingly handcrafted to order, we are able to pay particular attention to detail. Please note that due to availability of certain materials, we reserve the right to change any components within items. These will be replaced with components of an equally high standard and quality. Please also note that the images displayed on this website are purely for illustration purposes only. Actual items may differ slightly from the images shown again due to the availability of certain components. All items are made using components which comply with EU directives for nickel content. Items which include Sterling Silver are clearly shown on this website. Please note that some items can be made to order using Sterling Silver components instead of Nickel free metals.
